Women’s Legal Service SA Inc is a community-focused legal centre dedicated to offering comprehensive legal services to women in South Australia facing challenging circumstances. As a not-for-profit organisation, we deliver a range of free and confidential services, including legal advice, assistance, representation, and referrals. Our outreach programs extend beyond metropolitan Adelaide to rural and remote areas, ensuring accessibility for all women across the state.
Our Family Law & Family Violence Program is designed to aid women escaping family violence, providing crucial legal assistance and additional support to help them navigate the complexities of the legal system. Working alongside community workers and financial counsellors, our solicitors offer an integrated approach to client care, ensuring women receive the necessary guidance to rebuild their lives confidently.
We are committed to offering culturally competent services, with particular focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and those living in isolated areas. Our programmes include community legal education seminars, workshops, and practical legal training opportunities.
