Karen Giovinazzo is a Licensed Conveyancer with nearly 20 years of experience in conveyancing and property investment. She established Your Property Matters in 2020, taking on the role of Director and Licensee in Charge, bringing a fresh and dynamic approach to property and business conveyancing transactions. Karen’s experience encompasses a wide range of property types, including residential, farms, commercial, retail, industrial, and water sales. She routinely handles complex matters such as leases, subdivisions, and easements, as well as providing thorough contract reviews ahead of auction sales. Her approach is grounded in traditional conveyancing principles combined with a keen interest in embracing digital advancements, ensuring transactions are seamless and stress-free for clients. Before founding her own practice, Karen gained extensive experience working as a Law Clerk at various firms, including Agrilegal and Real Property Conveyancers, as well as a longstanding role at Cater & Blumer Solicitors. She also served as an Electorate Officer for the Murrumbidgee/Murray NSW Electorate Office from 2010 to 2019, adding valuable experience in client liaison and administration. Karen holds an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing (NSW) and is committed to supporting clients through every stage of the conveyancing process with professionalism, timeliness, and personalised service.
