Youiee Bardouh

Youiee Bardouh is the Director and Principal Conveyancer at ZDB Legal Services. With a robust background in both the technology and construction sectors, Youiee brings a wealth of experience to the legal field. He spent over two decades in senior IT roles at two prominent global investment banks, followed by eight years managing construction and renovation projects. His transition to conveyancing has been marked by a 12-year partnership with Zena, during which he has honed his expertise in conveyancing, focusing on real property transactions, commercial leasing, and the buying and selling of businesses. Youiee’s dedication to learning is evidenced by his academic achievements, including an Honours Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science from the University of NSW, completed in 1992. He furthered his education with an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management in 2002, and completed an Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing and Residential Construction programs. Beyond his professional commitments, Youiee enjoys cycling, gardening, and holidaying, alongside a keen interest in DIY projects and property-related activities. His passion for both learning and his diverse interests enrich his legal practice, making him a dedicated and multifaceted leader at ZDB Legal Services.
