Angus Henderson

Angus Henderson is a Senior Associate with a robust background in corporate and commercial law, having been admitted to practice in 2015. After gaining significant expertise in various legal settings, Angus co-founded AGH Law with George Henderson in 2019. His experience encompasses a wide array of corporate law matters, including initial public offerings, backdoor listings, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence investigations, as well as compliance with the Corporations Act and ASX listing rules. He is also well-versed in corporate governance. Angus is dedicated to serving both early-stage and established clients, with a particular focus on the technology and resources sectors. He has a keen interest in assisting startups and entrepreneurs, working closely with them to help achieve long-term success. Angus' educational journey took him to the University of Western Australia, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Corporate Finance and Investment Finance. His admission to the Supreme Court of Western Australia further solidified his credentials. Throughout his career, Angus has demonstrated versatility across various roles, including his positions as a Partner and a Senior Associate at AGH Law. His leadership extended to roles such as Director at Overlander Capital and Sandfire Consulting, showcasing his commitment to providing strategic legal insights. Angus' earlier experiences as a solicitor with firms like Steinepreis Paganin and Edwards Mac Scovell, along with advisory positions, have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape.
