Amanda Cefai, the Principal and co-founder of AB, stands out for her expertise and composure in contentious legal landscapes. With over 15 years of experience, Amanda excels at managing disputes across various sectors, embodying a calm approach that diffuses even high-stress situations. Her extensive experience spans representation in Federal, Supreme, District, and Local Courts, as well as the Coroners Court across Australia. She has advised ASX listed companies, international corporations, and government agencies, alongside clients in construction, financial services, professional services, insurance, real estate, retail, and security sectors. Amanda's career includes roles as Special Counsel and Senior Associate at Colin Biggers & Paisley, Associate at Wotton + Kearney, and Solicitor at Hunt & Hunt, where she focused on insurance litigation. Her journey began at Seven Wentworth, where she worked as a Legal Clerk and Personal Assistant. A graduate of Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Amanda balances her demanding career with family life and is known for her keen organisational skills and passion for golf.
