Stacy Munzenberger

Stacy Munzenberger is the dynamic Founder and Director of Aqua Legal & Conveyancing, blending a wealth of experience in law and entrepreneurship. Her legal journey began with a Bachelor of Legal and Justice Studies, followed by a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England. Stacy was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2010 and the High Court of Australia in 2015. She further extended her expertise into commercial and property law during her tenure at ISN Legal. Beyond Aqua Legal, Stacy co-owns All Star Conveyancing in Queensland and spearheads Confetti Finance, a mortgage broking firm. Her multidisciplinary approach is enriched by her qualifications as a Collaborative Lawyer and a certified practitioner in hypnotherapy and rapid transformational therapy. Stacy is not only accomplished in law but also dedicated to holistic practices, being a Head & Heart Certified Mindfulness Instructor. Her passion for personal development complements her legal acumen, offering clients a comprehensive approach to their needs. In her personal life, Stacy is a devoted mother of two and enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new destinations, or indulging in a captivating book. A former badminton player aspiring for the 2000 Olympics, she infuses her professional life with the same discipline and determination that marked her sporting endeavours.
