Genevieve Morgan

Genevieve Morgan is a Principal in the Family Law team based in Sydney. She is an Accredited Family Law Specialist recognised by the NSW Law Society and practices as a Collaborative Lawyer. Genevieve offers comprehensive advice across all facets of family law, including parenting disputes that may involve allegations of family violence, abuse, substance abuse, and relocation concerns. She also handles property matters featuring complex financial arrangements and valuation challenges, as well as child support and spousal maintenance issues. Genevieve approaches her work with a frank yet empathetic style, understanding the emotional strain that often accompanies relationship breakdowns.
