Ailyn brings over 15 years of extensive experience to her role as a corporate, commercial, and resources lawyer. Her practice is diversified across a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular emphasis on the energy and resources sector, alongside burgeoning fields such as digital technology and blockchain. Ailyn’s expertise encompasses initial public offerings and ASX listings, equity capital raisings, legal due diligence, mergers and acquisitions both public and private, project financing, and meticulous contract review, drafting, and negotiations. She is well-versed in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, providing her clients with comprehensive legal insights and strategic guidance. In 2020, Ailyn took on the entrepreneurial challenge of co-founding Perth Legal Consultants, a boutique firm dedicated to corporate and commercial law. Her journey then led her to join Blackwall Legal as Counsel in 2021, where she continues to apply her adept legal acumen and industry knowledge. Previously, Ailyn honed her skills as a senior associate with Allion Partners and Gilbert + Tobin, and gained foundational experience as a solicitor with Clayton Utz.
