Olivia Le is a Senior Associate at CTL, bringing a comprehensive background in Family Law to her role. She joined the firm in late 2022 as a Solicitor after obtaining a Bachelor of Law with Honours from the Queensland University of Technology and completing her Practical Legal Training at the College of Law. Olivia demonstrated her expertise early on, achieving a perfect score in the Family Law Practice coursework. Her legal journey began in 2016 when she worked in various law practices while studying, quickly identifying her focus in Family Law. At CTL, Olivia handles a diverse range of Family Law matters, including parenting arrangements, property settlements, divorces, child support agreements, disputes, and domestic violence cases. She shows a keen interest in complex financial issues and the intersection of commercial considerations within Family Law, particularly in corporate and trust restructuring. Known for her passion, pragmatism, and child-focused approach, Olivia's dedication and exceptional communication skills ensure she delivers favourable outcomes for her clients. Before her current role, Olivia honed her skills at McCarthy Family Law as a Solicitor. Her years of working exclusively in Family Law, combined with a detail-oriented mindset, have thoroughly prepared her for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in her career.
