Paul Dellios

Paul Dellios is the Principal and founding partner of Dellios West & Co, a firm he co-founded in 1975. With over five decades of legal experience, Paul has cultivated a vast general practice embracing multiple areas of law, with particular interest in commercial law, property law, and seniors’ law. Admitted to practice in all Federal and Victorian Courts and Tribunals, including the High Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia, and the Supreme Court of Victoria, Paul’s expertise is extensive. He earned his Bachelor of Law from the University of Melbourne and is recognised as a Chartered Tax Advisor. His involvement with professional bodies includes memberships in the Law Institute of Victoria, the Resolution Institute, the Building Dispute Practitioners Society, and the Whittlesea Legal Service. Paul’s fluency in Macedonian enhances his ability to serve a diverse client base. Paul’s commitment to community is evident through his numerous leadership roles in not-for-profit organisations. He has served as Chairman and Life Member of Life Education Victoria, Board Member of Ivanhoe Girls Grammar, President of the Cooerwull Foundation, and been a pivotal figure in several other organisations. His dedication to community service has been acknowledged with awards such as the Centenary Medal in 2005 and the Law Institute of Victoria Legal Services Award, among others. In 2025, he was honoured with a Law Institute of Victoria Certificate of Recognition for 50 years of membership. In addition to his legal practice, Paul shares his expertise on 3INR Community Radio, discussing contemporary legal issues. His practice includes administering clients' legal and financial affairs through VCAT Administration Orders and acting as an Executor for clients’ wills.
