Andrew Disney is a highly experienced lawyer with over two decades of practice in corporate and energy/resources law. Admitted in 2003, he has refined his expertise particularly in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions, including IPOs, backdoor listings, and equity raisings, as well as takeovers and schemes of arrangement. Andrew's legal journey began at Herbert Smith Freehills in Perth, focusing on energy and resources and environmental law. He then enhanced his proficiency at Steinepreis Paganin, where he served as a Senior Associate for nearly a decade, further honing his skills in equity capital markets and M&A.
