His extensive track record in dispute resolution encompasses presiding over hearings and acting as a registrar mediator across various practice areas including industrial law, human rights, administrative law, corporations and insolvency law, and intellectual property law. With a background as a solicitor at King & Woods Mallesons, James focused on patent litigation, further honing his legal expertise. His tenure as a judge’s associate at the Federal Court of Australia enriched his understanding of the judicial process. Before embarking on his legal career in 2014, James practiced as a healthcare professional, providing him with a unique perspective and broad knowledge base that he brings to the firm. Fluent in both English and Korean, he adeptly navigates complex legal challenges for a diverse clientele.
