Mitch Tolcon serves as the Legal Practice Director at Forbes Kirby, where he applies his extensive expertise in corporate law to support clients with strategic advice and effective solutions. With over 15 years in the legal field, Mitch has developed a deep understanding of the industry, earning a reputation for his exceptional analytical abilities. He completed his Juris Doctor at a distinguished law school and actively engages with numerous professional organisations. Throughout his career, Mitch has guided clients through high-stakes negotiations and established a strong track record in litigation. Mitch joined Forbes Kirby in Perth, Western Australia, over nine years ago and has consistently advanced within the firm. Since January 2020, he has been steering the practice as the Legal Practice Director, having progressed from his earlier role as a solicitor. His leadership is further fortified by his qualifications from The College of Law Australia, where he undertook both the Legal Practice Management Course and Practical Legal Training. Mitch also holds a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce from Murdoch University and gained international perspective through an International Human Rights Program in Geneva.
