Robert Cartmill serves as a Senior Solicitor and Associate Director, bringing extensive experience to his role at Greenhalgh Pickard Solicitors & Accountants. With a dual degree in Commerce and Law from the University of Queensland, Robert was admitted as a solicitor to the Queensland Supreme Court in 1990. That same year, he relocated to Coolum Beach, where his practice has flourished ever since. In 1994, Robert co-founded the law firm McAlister and Cartmill alongside Ian McAlister. The firm later merged with Greenhalgh Pickard in 2014, marking the continuation of Robert's distinguished legal career. His expertise encompasses a diverse range of business and commercial law areas, including business sales, acquisitions, commercial leasing, property development, franchising, and risk management. He is adept in finance and securities, conveyancing, wills and estate administration, powers of attorney, and trusts. Robert's commitment to the community is evident through his role as an honorary solicitor for several local clubs and his active participation in various community projects. He is dedicated to delivering practical and effective legal solutions to his clients. Outside of his legal practice, Robert enjoys the many water sports available on the Sunshine Coast.
