Zac Griffiths serves as the Principal Lawyer in the Dispute Resolution & Litigation team, bringing extensive experience to his clients. He is adept at handling a diverse array of litigation matters, specialising in areas such as contractual and business disputes, mortgage enforcement, and personal and corporate insolvency. Zac focuses on domestic and commercial construction disputes, particularly those under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002 (Vic). A member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Geelong Law Association, Zac has cultivated a robust career at Harwood Andrews, where he has advanced from Lawyer to Principal Lawyer.
