His professional journey includes significant roles in prominent corporations such as Boeing, Harris Communications Systems, Tatts Group, Scientific Applications International, and Mincom, where he adeptly managed complex agreements valued up to $16 billion. In 2024, the firm successfully integrated Hopper Green York solicitors, a well-established name in Capalaba since 1980, expanding our reach and strengthening our practice areas. Jim's legal practice spans Family Law, Domestic Violence, Criminal Law, Business and Commercial Law, Succession Law, Elder Law, and Intellectual Property. Jim's legal career is rooted in strong academic foundations, with a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology and a Master of Law specialising in Intellectual Property from The University of Queensland. He has been admitted as a Solicitor in the Queensland Supreme Court. His diverse educational background also includes a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Microelectronic Engineering from Griffith University.
