Karthiha Kailasanathan

Karthiha Kailasanathan is an Associate Lawyer with over three and a half years of post-qualification experience, focusing on corporate immigration. Her dedication is evident in her commitment to guiding individuals through the complexities of the Australian immigration process, ensuring they reach their goals with comprehensive legal support. Karthiha is passionate about advocating for the rights of migrants and connecting them with the diverse opportunities available in Australia. Currently, she serves at Integrate Legal Pty Ltd in Sydney, where she has been making significant contributions since November 2025. Prior to this, she accrued valuable experience at Nikolovski Lawyers in Wollongong, working as an Associate Lawyer and later as a Lawyer in immigration law. Her journey through the legal landscape also includes a tenure at LegalVision, where she honed her expertise in corporate immigration. Karthiha's legal career began at Immigration Solutions Lawyers Pty Ltd as an Immigration Paralegal, where she gained experience in merits review, character issues, ministerial interventions, and citizenship matters. Before transitioning fully into law, she worked at KPMG in internal audit and risk consulting, and gained customer service experience with ParkTrent Properties Group. Her academic credentials include a Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law Australia and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources) from the University of Wollongong. Karthiha has also contributed to the community as a PASS Mentor and Facilitator and has gained early legal exposure through internships at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, and as a Legal Assistant at the Aboriginal Legal Service.
