Matthew Rogers

Matthew Rogers has been an integral part of Kell Moore for over two decades, bringing extensive expertise to his role as Director. With a strong focus on local government, planning, and environmental law, Matthew's proficiency has been formally acknowledged by the Law Society of NSW through his accreditation. He is well-versed in advising both councils in Victoria and New South Wales, as well as private landholders, on land development possibilities aligned with current planning instruments and legislation. His skills extend to representing clients in planning and development litigation across the regions and applying alternative dispute resolution methods effectively. Originally hailing from Melbourne, Matthew relocated to Albury in 2000, where he has actively participated in numerous community and sporting associations. His practice also encompasses areas such as employment and industrial law, as well as building and construction law. Holding a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University, Matthew continues to deliver exceptional legal services with a client-focused approach.
