He is well-versed in advising both councils in Victoria and New South Wales, as well as private landholders, on land development possibilities aligned with current planning instruments and legislation. His skills extend to representing clients in planning and development litigation across the regions and applying alternative dispute resolution methods effectively. Originally hailing from Melbourne, Matthew relocated to Albury in 2000, where he has actively participated in numerous community and sporting associations.
