Gemma has extensive experience with small to medium-sized businesses across diverse sectors, as well as individual employees, enabling her to handle complex workplace issues. Her expertise extends to managing commercial disputes in industries such as mining and construction, alongside general debt recovery. Her previous roles have seen her practising in industrial relations, work health and safety, and commercial litigation, providing practical advice in both State and Federal Courts. Prior to her current position, Gemma held senior roles at various reputable firms, enhancing her ability to navigate complex legal landscapes. Her comprehensive background includes working on matters related to native title, drafting essential litigation documents, and advising on legislative changes. Gemma holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia. When she is not advocating for her clients, Gemma enjoys yoga, hiking, and paddleboarding.
