Rachael Gunderson

Rachael Gunderson is a dedicated solicitor at Lane Buck & Higgins, where she embarked on her legal career following her admission to the bar in February. Her work here is focused on supporting clients in estate law, conveyancing, commercial law, and succession planning, benefiting from the mentorship of the firm's seasoned principal. Before her current role, Rachael played a pivotal part in migration consultancy, amassing extensive experience over several years. As a self-employed migration consultant, she devised comprehensive strategies across a diverse range of visa categories, from employer-sponsored to complex appeals, ensuring her clients received tailored guidance throughout their migration journey. Her progression in this arena also includes a tenure as Senior Migration Consultant at Morgan Alteruthemeyer, where she managed both temporary and permanent migration cases. Her earlier roles involved processing a variety of migration applications, particularly for the offshore oil and gas sector at Migration Services International, and handling high-volume caseloads in employer-sponsored and business migrations at Open Door Migration.
