Heidi's extensive background includes her role as Director at Law by Design, where she has been leading initiatives since December 2021. Her prior experience at PwC as a Senior Manager in London saw her navigating global commercial contracting and offering general legal advice with a special focus on technology and digital innovation. She also served as Commercial Counsel for Cushman & Wakefield, providing strategic advice on business-oriented commercial arrangements across EMEA. Her earlier experiences include her tenure as Legal Counsel & Company Secretary at Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific, where she managed a variety of commercial contracts, property law, and corporate advisory tasks. Heidi began her legal career at Cooper Grace Ward, specialising in insolvency, finance, and commercial litigation. Heidi holds a Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law from Bond University, where she also completed her Bachelor of Laws. Her educational background and professional journey underscore her commitment to delivering practical and effective legal solutions to the coaching industry.
