Jarrod Marchesi

Jarrod Marchesi leads the Property division at Legalite, bringing a wealth of experience to residential and commercial developments, retail, industrial, and commercial sales, leasing, and acquisitions. Known for his efficient and pragmatic approach, Jarrod is highly motivated and outcome-driven, offering clear and sensitive guidance to his team. His role involves collaborating with the Managing Principal to enhance Legalite's strategic growth and success. Before joining Legalite, Jarrod was a Special Counsel at Mills Oakley for over three years, focusing on commercial, industrial and retail leasing, residential and mixed-use developments, and significant real estate acquisitions and disposals. His practice extended to dealing with large-scale residential towers, structuring joint ventures, managing property taxation, and ensuring compliance with FIRB approvals. Jarrod's legal journey began at Norton Rose Fulbright, followed by roles at Minter Ellison, where he honed his skills in off-the-plan developments and urban renewal projects. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, underpinning his strong analytical and commercial acumen. Outside of work, Jarrod enjoys spending time with his son and finds joy in music, particularly singing along to James Bay's Let It Go.
