Marianne Marchesi is the Managing Principal of Legalite, which she founded in 2017 with a vision to redefine the conventional law firm model. Her leadership has transformed Legalite into a distinguished market leader, collaborating with some of Australia's most renowned brands. Known for achieving growth rates surpassing industry averages, Marianne is highly regarded as an authority on business, franchising, and the creation of future-ready workplaces. Her expertise in business innovation and executive leadership development has earned her recognition as a strategic advisor in the commercial and franchising sectors. Marianne's commitment to reimagining business practices and her role as a champion for women in law and business sets her apart as a forward-thinking leader. Her accolades include winning the CUB Professional Services Award in 2024, being a finalist in the Telstra Best of Business Awards 2023, and securing the Business Innovation award in The Australian Business Awards 2023. Before leading Legalite, Marianne accumulated valuable experience across various roles. She served as a Senior Associate at Marsh & Maher and an Associate at MST Lawyers. Her career began at Norton Rose Australia, where she specialised in corporate and commercial, intellectual property, and franchising law. Marianne holds a law and arts degree from Deakin University and is a graduate of the Company Director's Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
