Matt Peach brings over a decade of expertise in commercial litigation and insolvency matters, along with a wealth of experience in general commercial advisory. His extensive involvement in cases across the Supreme Courts, the Federal Court of Australia, and various other courts and tribunals highlights his proficiency in navigating complex legal challenges. Matt's practice includes briefing both senior and junior counsel and engaging in alternative dispute resolution processes. Throughout his career, Matt has addressed an array of matters including shareholder disputes, breaches of fiduciary and directors’ duties, urgent injunctive relief applications, building and construction disputes, property-related issues, consumer law, and debt recovery. His advanced insolvency certification underscores his capability, particularly in acting for clients involved in litigation and insolvency matters. Matt champions his clients' interests with vigour, leveraging ample experience in contested hearings. However, he also appreciates the importance of constructive dialogue to resolve disputes efficiently.
