Callen Bubner

Callen Bubner, a partner at Mellor Olsson, brings over a decade of legal experience to his role. Since joining the firm in 2014, Callen has been dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services to the Clare community and its surroundings, also overseeing the daily management of the Clare office. His practice is wide-ranging, encompassing business succession, restructuring, property transactions, and conveyancing. Callen has developed a significant practice in Wills and estates, providing valuable advice on critical documents such as Wills, Testamentary Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Advance Care Directives, as well as managing estate administration. He is highly regarded for his work with clients in the agricultural sector, including farmers and viticulturists, and caters to local small to medium-sized businesses. Recognising the increasing demand for renewable energy, Callen advises landowners on legal agreements related to wind and solar farms. Hailing from rural Eyre Peninsula, he has chosen to practise law in regional areas, understanding the importance of community involvement and extending his expertise to local not-for-profit and sporting groups. Callen regularly visits Burra, Kadina, and Riverton to assist residents with their legal requirements. His career commenced with roles at Tindall Gask Bentley Lawyers and Nicholls Gervasi, and he gained early experience at Lawson Smith Lawyers. Callen holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice alongside a Bachelor of Arts from Flinders University.
