Zoe Kalimeris

Zoe Kalimeris is a Senior Associate at MKI Legal, recognised in Doyle's 2023 rankings of Western Australian Employment & WHS Law Rising Stars. She completed a double degree in law and human resource management at Murdoch University. Before joining MKI Legal, Zoe gained valuable experience in employment law through her volunteer work at the Employment Law Centre of WA and her internship at United Voice. Her practice encompasses a comprehensive range of employment and industrial law matters, including employment documentation, changes to employment laws, and a myriad of employment-related issues like termination, discrimination, bullying and harassment, restraint of trade, breach of contract, underpayment claims, and performance management. Zoe is well-versed in practising across both state and federal courts and tribunals, frequently representing clients in the Fair Work Commission, Industrial Magistrates Court, Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission, Magistrates Court, Federal Circuit Court, and Human Rights Commission. She is adept at negotiating successful outcomes and is committed to developing strategic and pragmatic solutions to complex issues, ensuring her clients receive effective guidance and representation.
