Mark Dalyell

Mark Dalyell is the principal of MMD Law and is a seasoned solicitor admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. With a robust legal background, Mark has adeptly represented clients, including minors, across various judicial settings such as the New South Wales District and Local Courts and the Family Court of Australia. His educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England in Armidale, NSW. Mark transitioned from a distinguished 20-year career in the finance industry to law, driven by a profound dedication to pursue his true professional passion. He managed to successfully navigate his law studies part-time while maintaining full-time employment, emerging with valuable experience across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines including Traffic, Criminal, Family, Property, and Wills and Probate law in a general practice in the country, before returning to Sydney. After a professionally rewarding career as a sole practitioner Mark has now decided to wind back his law practice to concentrate on acting for other solicitors in Court "mentions" and "Estate Law" - writing Wills, Powers of Attorney, Appointments of a Guardian and obtaining Grantx of Probate.
