Ashley Moore, the Managing Director at Moore Lawyers, has been a distinguished member of the legal profession since his admission in 2010. Initially building a formidable career in a prominent commercial litigation, insolvency, and commercial firm in Brisbane's CBD, Ashley later founded his own successful practice. Celebrated for his ability to craft strategic and commercially driven solutions, Ashley is a trusted advisor to a wide array of clients, ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to large public companies, as well as directors, creditors, liquidators, administrators, and other legal entities such as bankruptcy trustees and property developers. With a diverse practice that extends across all jurisdictions in Australia, Ashley is particularly experienced in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, building and construction law, restructuring, insolvency, bankruptcy, franchising, corporate and commercial law, and property matters. He has played a pivotal role in numerous groundbreaking trials both within Queensland and across interstate venues, showcasing his mastery in legal strategy and client-focused outcomes. Before establishing Moore Lawyers in April 2019, Ashley served as the Director of Litigation at Esourcelegal Pty Ltd and held an associate position at Tucker & Cowen Solicitors. His career began at Drakopoulos Lawyers, where he gained foundational experience as a paralegal. Ashley earned his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the Queensland University of Technology, solidifying his legal acumen and political insight, which have been instrumental throughout his career.
