Adrian Lynch

Adrian, the Managing Partner for Corporate and Commercial Services, is dedicated to helping business owners and operators achieve sustainable success. He drafts clear, protective contracts while respecting vital business relationships and understands the commercial dynamics at play. His work involves close collaboration with accountants and financial service professionals on a range of matters including business sales, client list transfers, succession planning, and company restructures. His extensive client base features fund managers, insurer groups, and professional associations. With over a decade of involvement with the Association of Financial Advisers, Adrian regularly contributes his expertise at their events. He is also an active member of the Business Law Section at the Law Institute of Victoria and has been involved in YGAP, a social enterprise aiding impoverished youth. Additionally, he participates on the Risk and Governance Committee at Brighton Grammar School and is active in community life at the Mornington Life Saving Club, where he also coaches. Beyond his legal and community commitments, Adrian is a passionate adventurer, often found either supporting his daughters in sports or exploring the scenic terrains of the Victorian Alps and Tasmania.
