Pauline Ryan

Pauline Ryan serves as the Managing Director, bringing a wealth of experience to the field of conveyancing. Her journey in real estate commenced in 1975, anchoring her skills in property management and conveyancing before transitioning into sales. After obtaining her Real Estate Agent’s licence in 1978, Pauline co-founded a real estate and settlement agency, leveraging her expertise on both sides of the property transaction process. By 1982, Pauline had acquired her Settlement Agent’s Licence, coinciding with the introduction of the Settlement Agents Act. Her extensive career has encompassed a wide array of transactions, from straightforward property transfers to intricate subdivisions and strata title dealings, including commercial and rural transactions. In 1995, Pauline made a pivotal decision to step away from her partnership, purchasing Norfolk Conveyancing, previously known as Norfolk Settlements. Under her leadership, the business has remained intentionally boutique, prioritising personal relationships with clients over high-volume operations. Pauline's dedication ensures that every transaction is handled with attention to detail and a commitment to a seamless process.
