Ashleigh Antoine

Ashleigh Antoine is an Associate who has been a valuable part of our team since 2016. She attained her Bachelor of Laws with Distinction and gained early experience through clerkships at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in WA and the Criminal Appeals team at Legal Aid WA. After her admission to the Supreme Court of Western Australia, Ashleigh has dedicated her practice exclusively to criminal law at Perrella Legal. Her legal expertise encompasses providing advice and court representation for a range of matters, including minor traffic offences, complex criminal cases, restraining orders, and appeal work. Ashleigh is committed to securing the best possible results for her clients, whether that involves negotiating charge downgrades, achieving fair sentencing outcomes, or rigorously advocating for client interests at trial. She has substantial experience appearing in the Magistrates Courts across Perth, as well as the District and Supreme Courts. Understanding the emotional toll and stress of facing the criminal justice system, Ashleigh is known for her honesty, effective communication, and empathy, ensuring her clients feel supported throughout the legal process. She is an active member of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association of Western Australia and the Law Society of Western Australia, further underscoring her commitment to her field.
