Patrick Lunn

Patrick Lunn serves as the Managing Director of Simmons Wolfhagen, guiding the firm in maintaining its standing as one of Tasmania's foremost law firms. Renowned for his prowess in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, Patrick focuses on areas such as banking and finance, commercial disputes between businesses, securities enforcement, debt recovery, professional indemnity insurance claims, and both personal and corporate insolvency. His broad practice encompasses representation of some of Australia's largest corporations in addition to medium-sized and small businesses, as well as individual clients. He regularly advocates for clients in the Supreme Court of Tasmania, the Federal Court, the Federal Circuit Court, and the Magistrates Court of Tasmania (Civil Division). Patrick's commitment to the community is reflected in his role as chair of Plane Tree Studio Inc., a not-for-profit Australian Disability Enterprise. Furthermore, he is an active member of the Law Society of Tasmania. Patrick embarked on his professional journey in 1995 and has since accumulated over three decades of valuable experience. He holds a BA LLB from the University of Tasmania.
