Marc Baddams is a seasoned commercial litigator with a strong track record in achieving successful outcomes in both contested litigation and out-of-court dispute resolution. Based in Sydney, Marc has been a partner at Swaab since January 2015, contributing significantly to the firm's growth. Prior to this, he held the role of Senior Associate from 2011 to 2015 and began his journey with Swaab as an Associate from June 2008 to June 2011. His legal career also includes experience as a solicitor at A P Sparke & Broad from 2006 to 2008.
