Mary DiGiglio serves as the Managing Partner at Swaab, bringing over 20 years of experience as a practising property lawyer. She is recognised for her commercial approach, coupled with a creative and productive mindset, which consistently delivers effective client outcomes. Graduating with First Class Honours from the University of Technology Sydney, she has since played pivotal roles in property law, specialising in property acquisitions, land and mixed title development, property sales, and complex leasing. Mary's expertise encompasses sectors such as healthcare, business parks, and residential communities, where her focus remains on strategic development and service structuring. Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2001, Mary quickly established herself in leadership roles, becoming both a Partner and eventually Managing Partner at Swaab. Her dedication extends beyond her firm; she has significantly contributed as a board member for various organisations, including the Minds Count Foundation and Odyssey House NSW.
