Kent Dalziel

Kent Dalziel serves as the Director of The Estate Lawyers, where he dedicates his practice to representing clients in Will and deceased estate legal matters. With a strong focus on Will disputes and estate litigation, Kent's career trajectory shifted from a background in commercial and property law at McCowans Solicitors to specialising exclusively in Wills and estate law since 2008. His leadership extends beyond his firm as he chairs Law Australasia and holds a board position at The MND and Me Foundation. Kent's courtroom experience is extensive, driven by his commitment to ensuring his clients have their day in court.
