Arabella Kullack serves as Special Counsel at The Will and All, having joined the firm in 2024. With over a decade of dedicated practice in succession law, Arabella brings a wealth of experience from her tenure at both boutique and national law firms. Her academic journey began with a Bachelor of Laws from James Cook University in 2011, followed by a Masters of Applied Law with a focus on Wills and Estates in 2016. She has been lecturing in Succession Law at Central Queensland University since 2021. Arabella’s practice has a strong emphasis on estate litigation, adeptly handling family provision applications, contested probate applications, estate administration disputes, and court-authorised wills. Her expertise extends to estate planning and administration, including managing superannuation claims and disputes. Arabella previously led state and national teams across various jurisdictions and garnered recognition as an Emerging Leader at the Queensland Law Society’s Excellence in Law Award Gala in 2023. Her career path includes significant roles such as Senior Associate and State Wills and Estates Leader at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, where she honed her skills further from 2016 to 2024. Arabella has also contributed her expertise as a Board Member at Cairns Community Legal Centre Inc since 2021 and served on the Elder Law Committee for the Queensland Law Society. Her early legal career involved positions at MacDonnells Law and Williams Graham Carman Lawyers, where she developed a strong foundation in wills and estates as a solicitor, trainee solicitor, and paralegal. Arabella's commitment to advancing the field is evident through her various professional engagements and her comprehensive legal knowledge.
