Jeremy Tolcon

Jeremy Tolcon, a respected professional family lawyer, brings over two decades of expertise in the realm of family law. He established Tolcon Legal in October 2014, with a dedication to delivering personalised and commercially astute outcomes for his clients. Jeremy is known for his common-sense approach and innovative solutions, hallmarks of his boutique firm. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Edith Cowan University and a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University, complemented by his early experience in the NAB Graduate Development Program. Admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1995, Jeremy honed his skills at a well-regarded multidiscipline firm, earning partnership in 1997. His legal journey is marked by a dual focus, initially blending commercial and family law, before dedicating his practice entirely to the latter.
