Tyla Ferguson

Tyla Ferguson is a dedicated lawyer with a comprehensive background in family law. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University in 2018, followed by a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law in 2019. Her journey in law began with volunteer work at a community legal centre, leading to her admission to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in July 2019. Tyla joined Tolcon Legal in mid-2022, where she currently serves as an associate, having advanced through roles as a solicitor. Her career path features valuable experiences at several firms, including Oswald Legal and Burra-Robinson Family Lawyers, where she honed her skills in diverse aspects of family law. Prior positions as a graduate lawyer at Klimek & Wijay Family Lawyers and her early exposure as a junior lawyer at Go To Court Lawyers provided her with a robust foundation. Tyla's professional development is fortified by her Masters of Applied Law (Family Law) completed in 2023. She actively engages with the legal community as a member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia and the Law Society of Western Australia, reflecting her commitment to the legal profession and her clients.
