Sam Pearlman

Sam Pearlman is a distinguished Special Counsel with over 30 years of legal experience, particularly in commercial litigation and insolvency. His career has seen him assume roles as a partner and director at leading law firms, including a director position in a firm owned by a publicly listed mercantile agency. Notably, he has been recognised in the 2021, 2022, and 2023 editions of Best Lawyers in Australia for his expertise in Insolvency and Reorganisation Law. Sam's adept handling of matters such as property litigation, shareholder disputes, breach of contract cases, and debt enforcement showcases his extensive skills in litigation and dispute resolution. At Weinberger Lawyers, he serves as Special Counsel, bringing his comprehensive knowledge to the Sydney-based firm. Previously, he contributed to Snelgrove Herman Lawyers as a Principal and had meaningful tenures as Special Counsel at Colin Biggers & Paisley and as Supervising Lawyer at DWF Australia.
