His expertise extends to industrial, commercial, and retail leasing, as well as business and asset sales and purchases. Bill is proficient in drafting partnership and shareholder agreements and has a strong track record in managing company and business transactions, including structuring. His skills also encompass joint ventures, project service agreements, and the negotiation of licensing and service agreements. Admitted to the High Court of Australia in 1987 and the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1980, Bill is a longstanding member of the Queensland Law Society. His career began with Articles of Clerkship from 1975 to 1980, providing a solid foundation for his legal journey.
