

Nadia Saba, Principal, brings a wealth of experience to her role, having been at the helm of the legal team at CBH Group since December 2022. With nearly a decade at Co-operative Bulk Handling Limited as a Corporate Lawyer, Nadia honed her skills in navigating the complexities of corporate legal environments. Her expertise is further grounded by her time as Corporate Counsel at Alphawest Services Pty Ltd and Broadcast Australia Pty Ltd, where she was deeply involved in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial contracts. Her work spanned IT infrastructure, software licences, procurement, construction contracts, and litigation, managing projects from strategy to execution. In addition to her corporate roles, Nadia has made significant contributions to academia, serving as a sessional tutor in Torts Law, Australian Legal Systems, IT Law, and Business Law at both Murdoch and Macquarie Universities. This blend of practical and educational experience underscores her comprehensive understanding of both theoretical and applied legal principles. Nadia's career began at the Crown Solicitor's Office, where she was involved in drafting and reviewing various contracts and conducting civil litigation, providing her with a strong foundation in government relations and intellectual property matters. A Master of Laws graduate from the University of Sydney, she also holds a dual degree in Law and Science from Murdoch University.
