Anfernee Lai

Anfernee Lai is the Legal Practitioner Director and Co-Founder of AH2 Legal. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia. Anfernee has over ten years of comprehensive legal experience, having served as a Partner at a successful Western Australian law firm prior to establishing AH2 Legal. Throughout his career, he has advised numerous clients on significant commercial transactions and represented them in complex litigation across the Magistrates, District, and Supreme Courts of Western Australia. In his leadership role at AH2 Legal, Anfernee is dedicated to delivering high-quality legal advice and support to help clients achieve favourable outcomes. His approach emphasises practical solutions, whether through negotiated settlements to save clients time and resources or through robust representation in court when litigation is necessary. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Anfernee is well equipped to assist clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. His language skills also enable him to advise Australian businesses engaging with partners and enterprises in the Asia Pacific region effectively. Anfernee is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and the Asian Australian Lawyers Association. He also serves as Secretary of the Western Australia Singapore Business Council. Outside his professional commitments, Anfernee enjoys exploring fine red wines.
