Herbert is a Partner and Co-Founder of AH2 Legal, practising as a lawyer in Western Australia and registered on the High Court Roll of Practitioners. With extensive experience gained in law firms across both Western Australia and New South Wales, Herbert brings a broad and practical understanding of commercial and migration law to his clients. Herbert’s background includes building a successful migration firm and property settlement agency, which has deepened his insight into commercial transactions and the complexities that often arise in business contexts. He is known for providing clear, pragmatic advice tailored to achieve commercially sound and cost-effective outcomes. In addition to transactional work, Herbert regularly assists clients with resolving cross-border financial disputes, leveraging his knowledge of international law to navigate complex legal challenges. His work in personal injury law includes securing substantial settlements for clients in matters ranging from motor vehicle accidents to workers compensation, public liability and criminal injuries claims. Herbert is dedicated to ensuring his clients receive full and fair compensation. Working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds has honed Herbert’s cultural awareness, enabling him to engage effectively and sensitively with a wide range of clients. Beyond his legal practice, Herbert contributes actively to community and charitable initiatives and holds respected leadership roles within the Western Australian Chinese community, including serving as President of the WA Fujian Business Association and Secretary General of the WA Fujian Association.
