His vast experience encompasses commercial disputes, construction issues, professional indemnity claims, as well as trust, partnership, franchise, and shareholder disputes. Robert skilfully navigates insolvency and regulatory matters, appearing in the Supreme, District, and Magistrates Courts of Queensland, the Federal Court of Australia, and numerous tribunals. Robert's international experience includes handling project and infrastructure disputes in the United States and Europe, reflecting his adept handling of complex legal matters. His role as Special Counsel involves managing intricate cases with a focus on distilling fundamental issues, maintaining attention to detail, and achieving practical client solutions. Throughout his career, Robert has worked across various sectors, including business law, debt recovery, employment law, regulatory prosecutions, insurance, leasing, and professional negligence. He has a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland, a Diploma of Counselling from TAFE Queensland, and a Master of Human Services from Griffith University. Admitted as a solicitor to both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, Robert exemplifies legal acumen and dedication to client service.
