Calvin Cheng, the Managing Partner of Albert Arthur Lawyers, holds admission as a solicitor in both Australia and New Zealand. With a career spanning over a decade in Australian immigration law, Calvin has carved a niche in corporate immigration. He commenced his legal journey as a partner at a boutique law firm in Sydney, collaborating closely with an accredited specialist in immigration law. In 2019, he founded Albert Arthur Lawyers, where he has been guiding companies across diverse industries such as hospitality, manufacturing, finance, health, technology, energy, construction, and transport. Calvin excels in assisting corporate clients with the complexities of operating a business in Australia, tackling issues related to employment law, restructuring, and sponsorship monitoring. Before establishing his firm, Calvin served as the Practice Group Director and Solicitor at Agape Henry & Co, where he honed his skills in immigration processes. His experience as a Senior Solicitor and Registered Migration Agent at Maxim Legal further bolstered his expertise, allowing him to adeptly navigate the legal landscapes of both countries.
