Sarah Botten

Sarah Botten brings a rich heritage and a deep personal passion for property to her role as a Conveyancer. With a grandfather in the building industry and a father who was also a Conveyancer, her journey into property law seemed a natural progression. In 1997, Sarah completed her Bachelor of Business in Property from the University of South Australia and immediately joined the family firm, Alexander – Botten & Associates. Over nearly three decades, she has honed her expertise in conveyancing, helping clients navigate the complexities of property transactions with confidence and clarity. Her love for Adelaide's historic architecture not only influences her professional life but also inspires her personal ventures. In 2016, Sarah embraced her artistic talents by founding Modern Detail By Sarah Jane, gaining recognition as a celebrated Australian artist. Despite her artistic commitments, she remains deeply invested in her conveyancing duties. In 2023, Sarah rejoined the leadership of the family business alongside her brother, Craig, bringing her creative vision and seasoned experience to guide Alexander – Botten & Associates into a promising future. Her dual careers as a conveyancer and artist demonstrate her commitment to excellence and her ability to innovate within the realms of property law and contemporary art.
