Danielle Borg is a Senior Associate with a dedicated focus on family law. Since her admission to practice in 2018, Danielle has worked exclusively in this area, bringing extensive experience to her role. She has been recognised as a Family Law Rising Star in New South Wales by Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Market in both 2023 and 2024, and was a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards for Family Law in 2022 and 2023. She also addresses issues related to asset concealment, inheritance, gifts, spousal maintenance and the determination of de facto relationships. In addition, Danielle has substantial experience dealing with sensitive and high-risk parenting cases, including those involving family violence and child abuse. Her practice extends to family law matters with cross-jurisdictional elements, including international relocation, forum selection and management of assets located outside Australia.
