Sean Chen

Sean, a dedicated legal practitioner, has been serving clients at Alliance Compensation & Litigation Lawyers since September 2019, specialising in motor vehicle accident claims. Prior to joining the firm, he refined his legal skills while operating his own practice as a sole practitioner. Sean's solid academic foundation was laid with a Bachelor of Law from the University of Western Sydney, leading to his admission to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2009. Over the years, he has developed a comprehensive legal portfolio, adeptly handling cases in areas such as Compulsory Third Party (CTP) claims, workers compensation, industrial deafness, and medical negligence. His experience also encompasses probate and estates, alongside commercial litigation, allowing him to offer a broad spectrum of legal services. Beyond his professional commitments, Sean engages in a variety of personal interests that enrich his life and career. He is an avid reader and meditator, practices the martial art of Krav Maga, and continually broadens his horizons by studying Spanish and philosophy.
