Owen Andersen

Owen Andersen serves as the Principal Lawyer at Andersen Legal & Consulting, bringing over 20 years of legal experience across various Australian jurisdictions. Renowned for his proficiency in handling complex commercial disputes, corporate and personal insolvency, and regulatory investigations and defence, Owen provides invaluable expertise to his clients. He began his legal career as a Paralegal at Turks, where he honed his foundational skills over five years. Owen then advanced to a Lawyer position at Jones King Lawyers, dedicating over five years to advising clients and providing legal advice. In 2007, he joined Watson Mangioni Lawyers as a Senior Lawyer, a role he maintained for nearly 16 years. Here, Owen specialised in shareholder disputes and client advisory services, among other areas. In June 2023, Owen assumed the role of Principal Lawyer at Andersen Legal & Consulting, where he continues to offer strategic guidance and leadership. Owen holds a Master of Laws from the University of New South Wales and a Diploma in Law from LPAB/LEC, further strengthening his extensive legal background and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
