Andrew Gardiner

Andrew Gardiner is a highly regarded legal practitioner based on the Sunshine Coast, with a strong commitment to serving the local community. He established Gardiners Lawyers on the Mooloolaba Esplanade in 1995 and has since provided comprehensive legal services across a broad range of areas, including commercial litigation, property law, family law, business and commercial law, succession law, superannuation, and trusts. Andrew graduated from the Australian National University with degrees in Science, IT, and Law. He has also enhanced his expertise with dual Masters of Business Administration degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles, and the National University of Singapore. This blend of legal knowledge and business insight allows him to approach matters with a holistic perspective that benefits his clients. With over 25 years of experience practising law in multiple Queensland jurisdictions, Andrew has held various leadership roles. He currently directs Andrew Gardiner Law and holds board positions at Spondor Pty Ltd and Green Barn Lawyers. His previous roles include Managing Director at Ferrier & Co. Solicitors and work as a self-employed legal consultant. Andrew lives in Mooloolaba with his family, where he is an engaged father of twins. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys surfing, playing footy, and participating in family activities. His approach to law is underscored by a genuine connection to the community and a dedication to providing practical and effective legal solutions.
